Sistema Kingston invites you to attend the Cantabile Choirs’ second annual sing-along. It’s called Sing, Sing a Song and it’s Sunday, Feb. 7 at 2 pm at Sydenham Street United Church.
Don’t be shy. You can’t hit a sour note at this local event. Join in the fun of singing favorite folk songs, campfire songs, Broadway show tunes–including The Sound of Music–and songs from the hit parade. You’ll even hear memorable tunes by the Beatles.
Mark Sirett and David Melhorn-Boe are accompanying the singing. In addition to the sing-along the Cantabile’s Men’s and Women’s Choruses will sing Jerome Kern’s beautiful They Didn’t Believe Me, Seasons of Love from the musical Rent, and Gordon Lightfoot’s classic Song for a Winter’s Night.
Admission to the sing-along is free
Admission for Sing, Sing a Song! is free. Donations for Sistema Kingston’s teaching program and instrument fund are encouraged. They would be greatly appreciated.
